Sarajevo International Airport got a reliable partner for supplying aircraft with fuel and lubricant

The Sarajevo International Airport and the domestic oil company Eol Petrol, in cooperation with Delta Petrol, solemnly signed a contract on business cooperation, whereby Eol Petrol became the supplier of aviation fuel at the largest airport in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The need to expand the partnership in the aspect of aviation fuel supply is logical due to Sarajevo Airport's determination to follow good regional and european practices in all business segments.

All participants in the implementation of this project are domestic companies and part of the economy of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and as such, they best understand the needs of their partners and strive to be a reliable long-term support and partner in business, as well as in the development of the economy of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

"Eol Petrol, in the wholesale segment, offers services with oil and petroleum products from all parities in the region. We sell the aforementioned goods from our own warehouses, in transit or at the company's gas stations. In addition to the air service, we are planning to open another gas station in Sarajevo in September of current the year. We are efficient and quickly solve the needs of clients, and over 1000 satisfied Eol partners speak in favor of this argument. We are glad that the Sarajevo International Airport has recognized our quality, and we have no doubt that we will justify  the inscription on our air tankers: Because they trust us!"

"We chose Delta Petrol d.o.o. Kakanj as the company with the most references in this business as a partner in the project, and for fuel manipulation work. In the 30 years of Delta Petrol's existence, they built, maintained or manipulated all major JET-A1 projects in BiH, they are currently entrusted with the manipulation of the same in EUFOR, and they operate with personnel who are the only ones in Bosnia and Herzegovina trained and certified by global leaders in the aviation industry. According to the most modern standards, we built the JET-A1 storage terminal, and tanks for the transport of goods and air tankers were provided in accordance with the norms, while the personnel for manipulation were trained in the European Union.”

Through the implementation of this business cooperation, Sarajevo International Airport has gained a long-term reliable partner in the field of aircraft fueling services. Also, with this move, we are opening space for creating and strengthening healthy competition on the market, along with our long-term plan to expand the network of destinations and the arrival of new airlines. The participants in the implementation of the project would like to thank all collaborators for issuing the necessary consents, especially the Directorate for Civil Aviation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BHDCA) for providing selfless support.
