Due to congestions which cause traffic flow somewhat difficult and due to issues we have been dealing with on a daily basis because of incomprehension in regards how this service was designed to be used resulting in numerous complaints and denunciations to the competent inspection authorities, we hereby inform you that use of free parking service in duration of ten minutes in the commercial parking lot is suspended as of July 1, 2022.
Quite aware of the needs our customers have in relation to short stay for the purpose of greeting our passengers, Sarajevo International Airport is going to consider introducing the Kiss and Fly Zone in the future in order to provide passengers and their escort a short stay, free of charge, at for that specifically designated location.
