SIA in cooperation with a company Inside Furniture opened the door of newly adapted business lounge

In cooperation with a company Inside Furniture, a leader in interior design, Sarajevo International Airport improved its services by opening a newly adapted business lounge.

This modern furnished lounge is intended for business class passengers who want comfort and peace whilst waiting for embarkation. The business lounge is for 34 visitors and it covers an area of 60 m2.

The lounge is carefully designed by architects of Inside Furniture Company and it is equipped with a state-of-the-art technology so as to ensure more pleasant and enjoyable stay at the airport and to provide enjoying in the comfort of the excellent furniture by the brand Inside Furniture.

Free and unlimited access to Wi-Fi is available to passengers as well as digital and cable TV, local and foreign press and unlimited use of hot and refreshing drinks, alcoholic beverages and appetizers, based upon self-service for everything listed.

The right of access to the lounge have:

• Business class passengers if there is a contract with the air carriers on providing this type of service;
• Economy class passengers who have FQTV cards (Frequent Flyer Card), for which the airline company allows the use of the business lounge, depending upon the card level the passengers have (Gold, Platinum, SEN, HON);
• Travel Programme Card Holders (e.g. Lounge Key Programme, Priority Pass, Diners Club, Dragon Pass, TAV, Master Card Gold Programme);
• Passengers’ guests (if the status of the card holder in reference to the travel programme permits bringing in the guests into the business lounge);
• Passengers of air carriers’ FQTV programme.
