Medical aid from the Republic of Turkey for combating coronavirus in B&H arrived via Sarajevo International Airport

Military air carrier from the Republic of Turkey with the batch of medical aid to our country for combating coronavirus has landed at SIA. Ambassador of the Republic of Turkey Haldun Koç in B&H and the Minister of Security of B&H Fahrudin Radončić have welcomed the flight with the aid at SIA. The aid consists of protective equipment including disposable surgical masks, disposable medical coveralls and coronavirus test kits.
Since SIA has stayed open for humanitarian and cargo flights, all capacities are steered in that direction, namely in the function of a so-called air bridge as the means by which medicines and help arrive in B&H.
The shipment with 150.000 coronavirus test kits has arrived earlier via Sarajevo airport, the help from the USA government is delivered as well, and today the medical aid from the Republic of Turkey.
