Sarajevo International Airport conducts a poll called Rating of passengers’ satisfaction

Being aware of necessity to constantly improve the quality of provided services and of importance of our passengers’ experience, Sarajevo International Airport takes a poll “The rating of passengers’ satisfaction”.
At departure gates there is a box with questionnaires that include questions and a column for additional comments. We kindly ask passengers to take part in this poll in a way to enter X into relevant column, write additional comment, if any and put it into the poll box.
Since this poll is aimed at improvement of the quality of our services to meet your requirements and expectations, your comments or suggestions will be highly appreciated.
