Recommendations to travellers returning from countries where

Those travellers, returning from countries where "pandemic h1n1 2009" is registered, who do not have signs of a respiratory illness (fever, cough, respiratory disorders, sore throat, muscular and bone pains, headache, fatigure) do not have to undergo preventive health examinations and do not have to be under medical surveillance at this moment.

Travellers are recommended to monitor their health condition for at least 7-10 days after returning from travel.

If within seven to ten days the simptoms of a flu-like respiratory illness show up (fever, cough, respiratory disorders, sore throat, muscular and bone pains, headache, fatigure) they are urged to either stay at home or at residing place and by phone contact physician in a nearest health institution who will give necessary instructions of a treatment, protection and eventual testing (phone contact with physician is recommended in order to avoid virus spreading).

To make it easier for a physician to set up diagnose, list all the details re garding your last trip and name all the eventualy contact with persons who have had the above mentioned symptoms!

in case of severe disease symptoms (fast/hard breathing, cyanotic, or grayish skin color, hard or stedy vomitting, loss of conciousness, psychic iritations, symptom intensifications), call the emergency!
