When shopping in a duty free shop (Duty Free Shop), your boarding pass will be scanned in order to collect basic information necessary for customs control and identification of passengers who have been issued a STEB bag (sealed security bags for packaging dangerous, objects, substances and substances).

Why do we process this personal data?
Sarajevo International Airport collects a set of customer data for the purpose of customs control and identification of passengers who have been issued STEB bags for packing articles (disposable security bags for packing dangerous objects, substances and substances), in accordance with the legal obligations arising from the Law on Customs Policy of BiH, the BiH Civil Aviation Safety Program, and the Sarajevo International Airport Safety Program.
How long do we keep this personal data?
Information collected during the sales process in the duty-free store is kept for 7 days, after which it is deleted.
